Li Lingshen, vice president of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, pointed out in his speech that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the R&D investment in China's textile industry increased by 29.43% compared with the beginning of the period, and the R&D investment intensity rose by 0.22 percentage points. We will focus on making room for development, promote the construction of 12 standardized parks for shoes, clothing and textiles, and provide industrial space for the implementation of high-quality projects in the industrial chain. During the achievement promotion session, Professor Tao Guangming from Central China Normal University/Huazhong University of Science and Technology shared a report titled "Key Technologies and Industrialization of Passive High-Efficiency Temperature-Regulating Functional Fibers and Fabrics". He stated that with the frequent occurrence of extreme weather, the research and development of material layout based on precise photothermal regulation is of great significance. The technology of passive high-efficiency temperature regulation functional fibers and fabrics meets the national energy-saving and health demands and represents the next generation of sustainable thermal management technology. Cheng Chunzu, deputy director (in charge of work) of the Biomass Materials Research Institute of China Textile Academy, gave a presentation titled "Key Technologies and Applications for Industrialization of High-Strength, Durable and Flame-retardant Lyocell Fibers", sharing the preparation of high-strength, durable and flame-retardant Lyocell fibers, the development and evaluation of fiber application technologies, and future technical directions. Dong Zhijia, an associate professor from the School of Textile Science and Engineering of Jiangnan University, introduced the overall idea and technical invention points of the project under the title of "Weaving Technology and Industrialization of Hollow Fiber Membranes and Components for Oxygenators (ECMO)". At present, the related technologies and products have been expanded into downstream applications and have established in-depth cooperation with enterprises in fields such as extracorporeal life support systems, hemodialysis, and organ transplantation. Shi Wenjing, the head of the Rare Earth Textile Research and Development Center of Tianjin Baotou Steel Rare Earth Research Institute, delivered a speech titled "Preparation Technology of Rare Earth Modified Functional Protective Fibers and Fabrics", sharing the technical principles, excellent properties and application cases of Xibeisi ® Core Yao, Mo Nuan Nezha Dual Temperature Rise Fibers and Bingyi Bingshuang protective fibers. Lu Manman, the R&D director of Lianrunxiang (Qingdao) Textile Technology Co., LTD., introduced in her report titled "Creation and Application of Complete Sets of Technical Equipment for Low-Carbon Industrialization of Functional Nanofiber Materials" that Surforce nanomembranes have a unique porous network structure.
